In your personal account you can check your order and the availability of audiobooks in download which you have purchased by accessing the Download Area where the number of days and attempts still available to download files are displayed.

Yes, as far as CD/CDMP3 discs are concerned, and you can find the conditions in the automatic e-mail which is sent as order confirmation. This does not apply to audiobook downloads. In this case, once purchased, the audiobook cannot be changed or sent back to il Narratore. Only in the case where there is an obvious fault with one or more of the audiobook files, and following our technical verification, we will offer a refund. Refunds are only made in the 7 days from the order date.

Once entered through Login with your Username and Password a list of links will appear and you can access the section 'Modica i tuoi dati' (modify your data). By clicking on this link you can access your personal data and change them. If you change your e-mail address, Username or Password, you will be sent an automatic e-mail confirming the changes.
